4. note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries
Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. We would like to point out that a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU cannot be guaranteed in these countries. 7. plugins and tools (incl. supplements)
7.1 Domain & DNS via Cloudflare
Our domain is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The DNS administration takes place via Cloudflare Inc.101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

7.2 Use of Zoho CRM
To manage our customer relationships, we use Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., India). Personal data such as name, e-mail address and communication may be processed. The transmission takes place using EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer management).
7.3 Google Tag Manager
We use the Google Tag Manager for the management of website tags. The service itself does not process any personal data, but enables the integration of third-party tools. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 para. 1 TDDDG.
7.4 Facebook Pixel & TikTok Pixel
We use the Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.) to analyze user behavior and optimize our advertisements.
