4. note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We would like to point out that a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU cannot be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obliged to disclose personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. secret services) may process, evaluate and permanently store your data on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

7. plugins and tools (incl. supplements)

7.1 Domain & DNS via Cloudflare 

Our domain is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The DNS administration takes place via Cloudflare Inc.101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. 

Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP addresses to optimize security, performance and loading time. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

7.2 Use of Zoho CRM

To manage our customer relationships, we use Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., India). Personal data such as name, e-mail address and communication may be processed. The transmission takes place using EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer management).

7.3 Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager for the management of website tags. The service itself does not process any personal data, but enables the integration of third-party tools. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 para. 1 TDDDG.

7.4 Facebook Pixel & TikTok Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.) to analyze user behavior and optimize our advertisements. Personal data may be transferred to third countries for this purpose. This data is only used with your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

7.5 Google Fonts

For the uniform display of fonts we use Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Personal data (e.g. IP addresses) may be transmitted to Google when you access the website. This processing only takes place with your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). 

7.6 Travel-related data processing

Depending on your request, we process the following personal data as part of our travel services:

• Payment information

This data is processed exclusively for the preparation of offers, booking and execution of your desired trip (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

8. social media

Facebook plugins (Like & Share button)

Plugins from the social network Facebook are integrated on this website. The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. However, according to Meta, the data collected is also transferred to the USA and other third countries. When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of this website to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to this website with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook.

9th Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter.

Further data is not collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted from the distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.

10. contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

We will not pass on this data without your consent. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this has been requested. 11. analysis tools and advertising

General information on tracking tools

This website uses various tracking and analysis tools such as Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Tag Manager. These tools collect data such as your IP address, the duration of the visit, pages viewed or interactions with certain elements (e.g. buttons).
